Order Terms

After you place your order, you will receive an email or sms to approve your design. If you do not approve within 7 days, we will automatically fulfill your order to the best of our abilities. There will be no reorders or refunds on orders that did not get approved and went into auto fulfill status. 

We encourage you to approve or edit your proof within those 7 days. 

You should expect to receive your proof within 48 business hours.

Then you have 7 days from receiving your proof to give edits or approve. 

Once the order is approved, you should get your tracking within 7 days after approval. 

Tracking will be sent via email to the same email you placed your order with. 

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Please give us 24 hours to respond to your email. If you email us on day 7 of the approval process, you risk your order getting placed in auto approval status. We will not refund or edit your order after 7 days.
